turbo back exhaust for 96' gs-t spyder

i have read through all the forums about exhausts but just cant seem to figure out what some ppl are trying to say. Im looking for a turbo back exhaust for my 96' gst spyder and need help . I have researched Apex'i and think im going to go with the N1 DP and Cat Back. My question is does the Dp eliminate the O2 housing and cat or just the cat? will i have to buy a 3" O2 housing to fit the 3" Dp and exhaust? Please Help!!!

The stock o2 housing will bolt up to it and if you get the n1 the downpipe will eliminate the cat.
