Please see #5 above the box where you typed your message:

I'm not sure anyone is going to take the time to respond, since it's obvious you don't want to spend the time explaining your problem in a clear, coherent manner.

Yes you blew a head gasket. You are boiling your overflow because you are leaking combustion into you coolant jackets. You will notice abnormal pressure in you radiator hoses even before your car gets warm. This is typically caused by overboosting or detonation.

LOL... yeah I hope that you are typing from a phone and thats the reason for the short, incomplete thoughts.

The bubbling in the overflow is an indicator that something really is amiss. I would check your coolant temp sensor to see if it's actually working right. Do you have a thermometer; like one of those ones used for cooking turkeys? Use that and put it in the coolant and see what the actual temperature of the coolant it. I'm going to guess you'll find its much hotter than 206 degrees.

It does sound to me that you have blown the head gasket, tho. A leakdown or compression test should be able to confirm that.

Thanks for the input . Sorry about the typing . I type with 1 finger and was late for work . This forum is the greatest and I would be lost without it . Apparently people understood what I was trying to say . We are car guys ,not all english teachers . I don't understand why some people have to be so mean . (The only downfall to this site ) . Anyway , thanks to all you nice people that try to help .

So, if your system is still pressurized when the coolant is closed its probably headgasket.
Reason I ask is because I had one of those rad caps with the pressure release tabs. When I pulled it up, I could see coolant pushed into the overflow when it was still cold..
This (Im guessing) means that my system is still pressurized when its cold and not sucking coolant back in like its supposed to be..
