Tuning Mbc Question

I just installed a manual boost controller but do not have tags on my car to drive it and tune it, and we all know how cops feel about dsms so i dont risk it anymore but anyways i was wondering if it was still possible to tune it?

nope you need to drive it, i got pulled over 2 times a week for a couple weeks b\c i didnt have tags, so i would just wait until you get your vehicle registered

only way to tune it is to drive it. best to get on the highway and do a couple of 3rd gear pulls(that way your not racing through town and getting pulled over).

unfortunately my car is an auto but thanks for the the info...I'm sure i'll get another ticket tonight for no tags this will make 6..is anybody else sick and tired of the cops pulling dsmers over for stupid reasons...just the other day (my 5th no tag ticket) the cop told me when he seen my dual pillar pod w/ gauges he said thats illegal and for drag racing purposes only what a load of b/s

Got to love them cops, but you driving with no tags is an easy way to get anally raped by mr. popo. i got crap from them to about my car being to low or something ### like that. Anyways, yeah there really is no way of setting your boost while sitting on your driveway. BTW where the hell is oregon, illinois?

about a hour west of chicago or 15 miles south of rockford...its a small town with nothing to do other than spank the hondas around here...theres this guy that has a 95 civic with $7,600 in reciepts and my car basically stock spanked him by about 2 1/2 car lengths some funny shit and i won a free tank of v-power gas cant beat that

hey i checked out your rides man they look clean, if you came around where i live there'e some money to be made especially in rockford i dont know how it is there but our town is so boring and dead that, thats what everybody does hang out in groups and work on there cars. my roomate just bought a 89 mazda rx7 non turbo but i cant get him to race me what do you think they fast at all..

What do you mean tune it? A manual boost controller doesn't tune, it raises your boost.

tuning meaning set the boost to the desired level

What kind of boost controller is it? Also those nt rx-7's have no torque...........

its a voo-doo i got it off ebay guaranteed to hold up to 30 psi....so you think my near stock talon awd can beat the n/t rx7
