tune up suggestions

For awhile now I've been wanting to do a tune up of a couple things. I just got my car back w/ a new turbo, mani, wheel bearing, t belt/t belt tensioner, and an alignment. I've got new magnacore wires on and I've checked the plugs and they look fine. I was wondering how I could check the o2 sensors, if there is a way to tell they're bad, and replace them. I was also thinking about having the injectors cleaned professionaly. Is there anything else I could do?

If you check the haynes or chiltons there should be a specified resistance that you get across the signal and ground from the O2 sensor, dont know what it is exactly but i think it starts out as a open and then as it heats the resistance comes down, at a certain break point the computer considers the engine to have warmed up and starts to adjust the fuel flow differently.

only thing ive ever done to clean injectors is to soak them in a little cup of alchohol and let em air dry, just make sure the fuel rail depressurized, theres quite a bit of gas in there come to find out.... :thumbdown
