trying to narrow down, car stalling and fuel issue, please help

So i have had my car being looked at for a few days now, and the original problem was, car idles crappy, o2 sensor never cycled , the car idles lean 16/17- 1 and car stalls inbetween shifts when you push in the clutch and coming to a light. Also the ecu in retracting 30 percent fuel which i thino ia what is making me lean, we are reading this though an aem eugo wideband, but it is welded in 6 inches after the o2 housing maybe to close. So far we have changed these things.

Things we havent tried are
New ecu
Plug wires
different blow off valve (tial atmospheric bv50 installed now)
Cable that goes 1g maf to 2g maf

My car did the same thing and it had trouble starting also. Try replacing your fuel filter! the gas they have now realy sucks

Ok that's a good idea, i will defiantly replace that, atleast then i know i have a new fuel pump, fuel filter and injectors, and can rule out that it would be a filter

i dont see you saying what kind of maf you have or if your on SD...venting to the atmosphere without SD or a properly setup GM maf for atmospheric will cause the stalls between shifts.
