Hello,
I'm hoping someone here can help me. Self test first came up with codes C321E, P0700, P1212, P0443, P1400, and U3a12. The problem with the car is that the check engine light is on and the vehicle is stuck in limp mode. The car drives fine, but its just stuck in 2nd gear. The trans fluid smells ok and it doesn't slip, well at least in 2nd gear. I also noticed the speedometer doesn't work either. This is a 1995 Eagle Talon automatic w/ turbo. This is the way I bought the car. I know the 700 is your basic transmission fault code, the 443 is an evap code, and the 1400 is an MDP sensor malfunction. Just unsure of what the other codes are. After the codes were cleared the C321E, P0700, P1212, and U3a12 came back within a few minutes after I sat at idle with the car in drive. From my experience I suspect the C and U codes are chassis and network codes but I have no clue which direction they are trying to guide me or what modules aren't communicating if that is the concern. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
