transmission popping out of 1st

So today on the way to work leaving the gas station it popped out of first as I released the clutch, shifted quickly into 2nd. It happened again about 200 ft @ the stop light as well, turned green went to go let clutch out and popped out of 1st, go to work after driving about 12 miles sitting at the light, turned green went and popped out one more time.

I did Synchro test, car in N slowly pushed shifter towards each gear
1st- grind
2nd- rpms slowed as synchros were ok
3rd- rpms slowed as synchros were ok
4th- rpms slowed as synchros were ok
5th- rpms slowed as synchros were ok
R- grind

I have a leak @ the output shaft for the transfer case, wondering if transmission fluid is getting onto my PP/disc and not holding? also my clutch seems to be fully adjusted @ the master cylinder rod very close to the last thread, slave is good I'm able to push it back in by hand. Both are brand new less than a month old no leaks.
When I did 1st gear clutch in, revving it lurched forward at about 6800 rpm. I almost don't feel like I would be able to adjust the master anymore because of the rod so close to the end... I know its almost time for tranny rebuild or at least some parts. Is there anything I can do to help for the time being? I'm working a lot of hours and don't have the time to take it out and rebuild and definitely don't want to pay $900+

Ya my car loves to pop out of first too, dam old 1g trannies. Adjust clutch and check over everything properly.
 
hopefully it will last till wednesday, I will properly bleed it then. What about the output shaft leak fluid onto or around the PP and disc? does it matter for clutch. What other possibility could I check, shifter linkage?
 
Sounds like the teeth on the slider ring between 1st and 2nd gear are wore out, maybe even on the first gear too. You could probably get away with just replacing the slider ring. You would have to take the tranny apart to find out for sure. 1st and 2nd gear spider ring can be replaced would out disassembling the gear assembly itself, its big enough that it will clear all the gear and come right of. If your have enough skill and brave enough you can do it yourself, you just have to make sure you put everything together the way you took it out.
 
So, temporarily I'm out of luck is what your saying, either rebuilding it, or find a used one and rebuild and swap.
 
Ok I'm going to try and ride it out.

when doing the timing belt should I get all of these(I'm unware of when the previous owner changed all this stuff):
t belt
t belt tensioner
t belt tensioner pulley
t belt idler pulley
t belt tensioner arm
balance shaft belt
balance shaft tensioner
water pump

I have the exact same problem while in first and reverse gears. Sometimes it grinds going into first while the clutch pedal is engaged. I thought it might be the clutch. But don't know shit about transmissions. So I also did the clutch pedal adjustment and it still happened. Guess ill be buying a new transmission soon or possibly try to repair.
 
Saving up for stage 1 tranny build by jacks transmission, first its almost popping out quite a bit now. besides ruining the PP/clutch disc and maybe heat soaking the flywheel how bad would it be starting in 2nd for the time being?
