This all occurred to one day and just out of the blue. The car would not go into gear unless it was warm and then totally would not go into gear and a noise came from the transmission which sounded like a TOB, so I pulled my transmission and replaced the whole clutch system, and then bled the system a few times and replaced the slave. Now the car will not go into gear still and my pedal feels soft like there is a leak, I'm for sure replacing the master tomorrow, and I have a feeling it's not my synchros, I do not think all of them would go out, my car does not go into any gear, it will if I force it but I know that's not a good idea to do. The pedal is weak but it still pushes the cylinder in more then I can push with my hand, but I'm really lost. I"m leaving for UTI in a few months,so I need my car for the drive to Phoenix, does anyone have an idea or suggestion on what I should do? My car is 96 Talon TSI AWD just OEM clutch and slave cylinder, and so is the TOB. And I've never adjusted my pedal, I know how to, but why would I adjust it if it just decided to act up? Then again I just replaced my clutch too

I found that odd but filled it up to the top and worked fine until that one day. I"m still confused on the soft pedal, but replacing the master should be a great start to figuring out the problem or could be the problem, which would be awesome, to be more descriptive its sort of like ghost pedal syndrome, which is why I'm replacing the master also.
