TPS at 11.3% per MMCD is this close enough?

I just rebuilt the Throttle Body and set the TPS to about 10% at idle. Unfortunately, after cracking the throttle a few times and letting everything settle in, the TPS now sits at 11.3% at idle. I know that spec is between 9-11% at idle. I have adjusted the idle switch etc, but I cannot get it any lower. It is a real pain to get at the bottom TPS switch without pulling the throttle body again which I am not really interested in doing.

Is 11.3% anything to fret?

10% on MMCD with the TPS closed is 0%, so really if you are at 11.3% then you will hit 100% before it's a real 100%. Not sure that it'll hurt a whole hell of a lot because there is a slight variance in readings, as long as you're within the parameters then it's all good I think.
