I was searching for a thread on here that was posted not too long ago, about some guy that made some really good numbers on 1000s and a single walbro, I just cannot find it!

I'm just curious if the fuel I have on my car will support what I need. It has FIC 1050cc and a single walbro 255 (that I will be rewiring to get full 14volts) The car has a 54mm 8blade HX35 in a bolt on housing. I plan to run it at ~30psi,

If somebody has the thread bookmarked that I am talking about please let me know, I could not find it!

Depends on your injector duty cycle with those 1000's, but if its an e85 only car you might as well get bigger injectors. I would get minumum of 1250cc or bigger.

If your running dsmlink get 2150s I'm kicking myself for buying pte1000's i see 98% idc on 30psi hx40

DAMN! Just a few quick questions

How big is your HX40?
How much base fuel pressure are you running?
How many fuel pumps?
Whats you AFR?

I used to run this hx35 on my talon on pump and meth and I was getting about 53-55lbs/min at 30psi.

I also have 1000cc and a 255 maybe ill just run race gas till I can get bigger injectors and a double pumper.

60mm 7 blade hx40
43.5 fuel pressure
One wally 255 not rewired
11.5afr

You really should look into rewiring the pump! Don't know how it is on a 2G but every car I've rewired the pumps on you have to turn the base pressure down because that bi*** really starts to flow!

I should be fine with fuel, that 60mm HX40 flows A LOT more CFM than my tiny hx35!

From all your guys posts it appears that I should have enough fuel! I really don't think she will put down more than 500hp on a 54mm hx35!

Anybody else want to chime in feel free!

Thanks for all the help guys!
