1600cc injectors enough for 650hp on e85

In looking to make 650- maybe 700 wonderin if 1600cc hi-z make it there. Or do I need 2000cc

You could make that power on Something in the 1600cc Range. I have and others have done it with less injector on E85.
Depends on what is an Acceptable head room, Obviously something like Tack/Autox vs 1/4 mile Drags are going to put you in more situations that you might need more headroom.

I'd stay away from the Hi-z 1600's (depending what ones you are referring to) though I've seen more than a handful have large afr swings because of Temperature changes and in applications that were far from Heat soaked.

Really despite not needing the fuel the best option is something like a Hi-z RCI/FIC 2*** cc injector.
