Hey guys, I am back again with yet another wonderful issue LOL....one of my torque converter bolts broke off because it came loose.... the head of the bolt was stuck in my bendix to my starter to i got that out and drained all fluid and flushed the trans....my main concern is getting my inspection plate off to where i can get to all the other bolts and tighten them down and so I have room to get the bolt out of my converter since it snapped off and replace it. have taken all the bolts I can see that connects the trans to the motor and I still cant get the plate off. This is my DD and I was wondering once i tighten all the other bolts, would it be okay to drive until i can drop the trans out this weekend? Or should i not risk it? its a 96 talon esi auto trans. thanks guys

thanks guys, how many bolts exactly hold the inspection plate in? I know the two for the starter, one more up front and im wanting to say i have taken another one off the back side near the egr valve line toward the back....am i missing one? because I cant get this thing off LOL
