Torque spec for torque converter

Anyone know what the torque spec is for the torque converter on a 95 Talon Tsi?

According to the Factory service manual it is 33-38 ft lbs.

But, if you are putting down some power they tend to back out even when torqued so either use some red loctite or there are some that just put a small tach weld on to hold them in place after torquing them properly
