timming belt vibration

Just got new motor runing and timming belt vibrating bad. is it because it's a new belt. it has a new tentioner and is tight. i cant think of what it could be any help would be apreciated

Never heard of a "timming belt" vibration. Did you remember to put the balance shaft belt back on???

Yes and did you remember to get the balance shafts in phase?

does the belt ride to one side of the cam or the other??? in my experience... if the belt rides on the inside (towards the block) then its too lose.... prob a pulley or improperly set tensioner....
