Since its turned cold, my timing belt squeaks badly on start up and when i turn my wheels all the way to one side or the other...which to me indicates something might be rubbing, but ive checked and found no clearance issues....does the belt need to be changed?

You might as well check all of your drive belts. Probably will need to adjust all 3 of them. Timing belts don't squeak, or at least I haven't heard one. I only see them when they have already done the nasty deed. When they go, the squeak is your hand clinching your wallet.

Merry Christmas
