Timing belt squeaking/riding on outside of cams

I just ripped apart my entire front cover and all that and replace a bunch of gaskets. I started my car and the timing belt was squeaking, and it rides on the outside of the cam gears now. I replaced both the idler and tensioner pulley. I'm going to check those oil pan bolts tomorrow because I heard that is a common problem on the belt rubbing, but is there any other advice you guys have?
 
the only other thing I can think of is maybe you got some dirt or something behinde the pulleys whene you installed them...something is not true.
 
If memory serves, the four (?) oil pan bolts under the timing belt areas are shorter than the rest, it's important to put them back in the correct position. Further more, I didn't see the auto tensioner on your list which is a big no no.
 
The auto tensioner looked fine and it compressed with good resistance. If I replaced every part on my dsm that MIGHT go wrong I'd be $10000 in debt with a dsm that will be finished in 3 years.

No one is telling you to replace everything in your car, auto tensioner on the other hand is a must as it probably accounts for a good % of early timing belt failures. IMO auto tensioner and water pump are considered mandatory in a timing belt project.
