It takes three rotations ( a rotation is when the cam gear points line up ) for everything to line up, if the oil pump is off like that, rotate it three rotations again and it should line up with its timing mark.. you can 180 the oil pump and create bad vibrations so make sure everything is lined up before you take your belt off

(on the top pict, why does the timing belt look so loose? ..unless you haven't tightened it due to the oil pump sprocket check...)

Before the belt goes on the oil pump sprocket, put the sprocket mark at the "12:00" positon and let it go. If it rolls clockwise, the balance shaft will be out 180* with the crankshaft and you'll have vibrations. Roll the sprocket another turn and let it go again. This time it should roll counter-clockwise in which the balance shaft will be in phase with the crankshaft.

Then set up all the marks on all sprockets and put the belt on and do the autoadjuster alignment procedures and you should be good to go.

Good luck-DSM
