1G timing belt drifting

so ive been having problems with my timing belt the last couple weeks i have to replace it again after only 20 miles from the last one thank god it didnt rip all the way it only ripped half way wen i noticed it well anyway im haveing a problem with the belt slideing towards the motor when i have the car running the tentioner pully is on correct like its not backward but when my car is running the belt moves side to side and its either rubbing something or its catching something and i dnt know what it is please help timing belts arent cheap and im tired of replacing them

Only ONE pulley can hit the water pump. And that one is the blue tensioner pulley. I'm guessing he has the wrong water pump.

Yes the blue pully in the pic is the one hitting the water pump sorry for the confusion

That pully is adjustable..losen the bolt in the middle of the pully. Use a pry bar and rotate the pully towards the timing belt this will take up slack that the auto tensioner cant take out.

Thanks for all the help it ended up being the combo of the wrong bolts in the oil pan and i had the wrong waterpump now i got all new stuff runs like a champ for now
