Ok i noticed the new waste gate tial 38mm came with water lines, are you guys water cooling or air cooling, some pics would be nice.

I thought water cooling was only on the 44mm made for road racing (MV-R)?

I have an older V44 so no water cooling here. Water cooling seems very unnecessary in a street application

The "new" MVS wastegate has those coolant lines. I questioned about that a while ago. I have mine air cooled, too much work to hook up the coolant lines.

now i've seen it all, a watercooled wastegate HAHA, what will they think of next, i think if my needs were that severe i'd just use a helicopter wastegate (which basically looks like a throttle body with a steel plate), or remote mount it a little bit away from the heat.

I can't wait to get the new liquid cooled valve cover and alternator, those are the 2012 hontness!!!!!!

My MVR has the option for water cooling, but if you choose not to use that option you just leave the ports open. It does however come with plugs for the unused air ports. I'm not sure if the MVS follows the same architecture.

Lol talk about high tech waste gates i guess i will just run it air cooled then.I was surprised when i saw the h20 ports on there LOL

Route you're nitrouse through the cooling ports, as it expands from the -3AN line it will super cool, then recompress and finish traveling through the lines into the intake where it can be used :D

I'm sorry, things have been looking up lately and naturally my sense of humor, although on the sarcastic side is returning. This is a good thing because the last couple years have been physically painfull and i haven't been able to laugh or enjoy much of anything (physical injuries)

But sorry, it was just too good to pass up, and i got the idea from fast 5, Dom's got NAWS runnin through the fuel lines to super cool it before it goes by the mini video camer in the injectors into the combustion chamber (realy i have no clue but it sounds on cue with the trend of the movies) :p
