Is there anyway to plumb a external wastegate back into the exhaust? If I am thinking correct an external wastegate release the gases to the air which is not legal, correct? I am looking at the evoIII turbo and see alot of people having problems with boost creep and have seen many threads saying going to a external fixes creep. Just trying to get all the info so I can do everything at one time and save money by not doing things twice. Thanks for the help!!

you can have it re-routed back into the downpipe or the o2 housing if you have a tubular o2.

As the previous stated, you can get a housing which plumbs it back into the exhaust. I'm in PA too and was worried about the external dumping but I just said F-it, so now I'm waiting for my TIAL 38mm and SBR housing :sneaky: Hopefully it doesnt cause too many problems

PA is a tough state when it comes to modifiying, they don't let you do anything. Where is 84 PA at? I'm near Harrisburg. Where can I get the things I need to plumb it back in, like the manifold for external, tubular O2, and anything else I might need and what will all I need to do it? I am really new to this. I only got my GSX about a month ago and it already had some mods, I just want to make it alot faster but the right way, so I am getting all the info and making a list of parts and I will purchase everything hopefully only once. Thanks guys for the great info.

Check out Slowboy Racing, They are located in PA too. They have anything you'll need and will help you with any tech questions that might arise. WWW.SLOWBOYRACING.COM :thumb: Going fast is always a good thing.

here is what I am using to control creep.

external: 200$
welding external to manifold: 120$

84 Is right around the Pittsburgh area. I've had my car for almost two years now and I share the same do it once, do it right mentality. Maybe we can meet up sometime, good luck on the new mods though. :thumb:
