throttle pedal stuck!!!!

my throttle pedal is to the floor and wont come up. can a throttle cable just go bad ? i removed it and it wont barely go in or out. is my cable bad? if so , does anyone know where i can get a new one?thanks alot for the help.

first go to the tb and check the cable make sure its still donnected and then move the tp open and close see if u feel tention at the plate it selfmeaning where the cable hooks up to the tb.

the tb has a spring on it.

its either the spring broke which i never heard of or the cable some how disconnected from the engine bay or the pedal

or the cable is jammed meaning u need another one.

ive never heard of that happening either .. i have heard of clutch cable getting jammed on hondas so it is possible.
 
my throttle cable got misadjusted once to the point where the throttle body closed all the way and would jam shut.
