Needed an ISC motor, so I bought a TB off DSMTrader for a really good price. Less than what most people want for just an ISC. I figured when I did the ISC I'd just pull the whole TB and clean that sumbiatch up.
Got it cleaned and put back on with original gasket. It leaked. Went to satan, got the gasket for $4, cleaned all the old gasket crap off, put new one on and it still leaks. Now it's time for some permatex. I globbed that crap on, stuck it back together, waited awhile, started it up and it still leaks!
I can put my finger over where it's sucking from and feel it. Look hard and I can see it. The TB isn't mating up with the intake, like it's warped. I figure I got carried away with the wire wheel.
Is there anything I can do or should I just buy a new-to-me TB?
