im running really rich and have the bp7es on my 4g63 engine, but it fouls to much and it does it sometimes, not always :/ if i pass over 3,000rev and then normal drive it starts to misfire again :( just installed a new fuel filter, it has walbro 255 in tank and stock injectors with a aeromotive fpr. what could this problem be? i also have a rough idle, should i upgrade my plugs to bpr8es? Note: it only misfires at low idle, beyond 3k or more it does not misfire or fouls

mods:
T3T4 china turbo from ebay 60 63ar
big intercooler
msd gnition system (dont know if previous owner installed correctly)
aeromotive fpr
walbro 255 in tank
bp7es
3" downpipe and full exhaust

1.What is your base fuel pressure set to with the vacuum line OFF the regulator? Needs to be 42- 43PSI.

2.Boost leak test results?

3. What are the plugs gapped to? They should be set to .028 with your setup.

4.What is the state of the plug wires? Any grease, oil, kinks, slices in the insulation on the cables?

5. What boost are you running? If youre running relatively low boost, up to 17psi or so, you really should just either stay with BPR6ES or use a BPR7ES. You are using a BR7ES, which is a non protruded tip and really you only need these if youre having problems with the spark blowing out under higher boost and the BR also seem to help with knock a bit as well- I myself use BR7ES plugs gapped to .024 and have no issues.

i tried to read the fuel pressure with the vacuum line off but the car shuts down after i remove it, im guessing i have to test it with the car off, right?

No, test it with the car running. If you pull the line off the intake manifold, you have to plug the vacuum nipple with your finger or the motor will try and die. If you pull the line off the nipple on the regulator, put your finger over the end of the line. After you do this, tell us about your plug gaps and condition of the wires as well?
