i personally would not take it because its auto, and i wouldnt want to go through the trouble of doing a trans swap.
every auto i've ever driven just bored me to death, and ive driven some...and they are slower, and heavier. and theres like a 3 second delay between the time when you floor it, and the car actually shifts to the right gear.
but thats MY OPINION, if you dont mind the fact that its auto, go for it man.
but try asking him 1100$

the car is actually has 92HP stock at crank or wheels i dont remember., its a different 4G single cam that has the 65WHP i dont remember what one.
but i did a little messsing around with the cam, valves, lifters. and plus some other things
there are more details about it in the Dyno section
under "4G37 Dyno Results (I WAS SHOCKED!)"
