Grn/yellow (power). =5.03👍
Blu (TPS output). =0.032
Red/Yellow (IPS ?). =4.82 🤔?
Black (ground). =0.041

Key 'on'---engine not running

Are these normal values or are there any diagnostic suggestions indicated?

I thought the title of my question would show in the heading.🤔 Sorry...
I'm testing a 2G 4pin TPS
wiring HARNESS/connector

Those are normal for "open circuit" but understand that they are meaningless without the TPS connected.
Thanks...I was just confused about the 4.82 volts on the "Idle switch" wire being similar to WOT when calibrating the TPS. I'm not sure of the idle switch function and was worried that the harness or connector was shorting across from the hot lead. 🤔 I don't want to burn out the new TPS when installing it 😎👍Of could I'll disconnect negative battery cable for the same reason.
