Temp gauge needle won't move??

My temperature guage dosnt work. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix that??. It worked fine untill I drop my tranny down to change trowout bearing then it quit working..Thanks

Check the sensor off the thermostat housing. It's only about 1/2", maybe 3/4" wide. You may have knocked the harness off it, or broken the connector on the sensor (I did that once on accident when I was doing something in there...). The latter would require you get a new probe, but they're pretty cheap (I think $20-30?)
