Whatever the sound is, it doesn't really sound good.

Have you done a compression test yet?

I dont have nothing to test it with, But im pretty sure its the valves not sitting in the head...But i give in on trying to fix it, im just going to buy another head and buy new everything, and machine work.

You should buy or rent a compression tester first, it will be a lot cheaper than buying a new head.
You can get a compression tester for about $25 at Autozone.

Yea you right...but thing is i had bent valves..i replaced them, and found out i had more that were bent because i didnt bleed the lifters..So i bleed them and just stuck the head back on. From the "LOOK" of it, it looks like the valves were sealing in the head but everything is mili-spec so i know for sure that they arnt holding any pressure. IT'll try then it'll die

If you're certain that there is no compression then try doing a leakdown test. That will tell you where the leak is. No sense in wasting money on a new head if you've got a broken piston. I'm not saying that's your problem but I am saying that you need to diagnose the problem properly to avoid wasting time and effort.
