hey whats up i started my talon once after i had the valves replaced drove the car once parked it came to start it again and nothing so i change everything ecu pt coil and etc
so upon of my head i seen that my rockers were lose on my intake cam . i can take the rocker out and put it back in without a problem i know this iisn't good and also my block just seized up from me trying to start the car so how would i fix this head problem the head is fully ported and all internals are stock

x2 You have bent valves. Typical symptom when you have pretty badly bent valves.

Thanks guys so now i have bent valves. And a seized motor how lovely

You should read up really well for your next attempt at timing an interference motor. This was probably the result of incorrect physical timing or the belt wasn't tensioned properly.

FYI, that's also why your engine is "seized". The starter isn't able to force the pistons through the valves that are hung open and probably now embedded in the chambers and crowns.

Pull the head again and get out your camera, let's see the carnage.

I didn't i do th timing for the motor and thanks alot guys i guess i have to rebuild now

Im going to pull the head tomorrow morning after work i will post pics

That looks... pretty.

Had the same thing happen... But I bought the car and the PO didn't know what happened. May want to throw new pistons in now as well.

Time for a new piston and a new cylinder head.

We're doing the exact same thing with project_tsi's engine right now after he broke off two valve heads and put them through the piston tops. Uglyness
