tach hook up

I just got a 5" auto-meter lunar series tach and own a 94 tsi and there's no wiring diagram. I need to know what wires go where? i know the red is power and black is ground and the whit one goes to my #4 pin on my power transistor on the passenger side of my engine but what does it look like? also i need a 2 pulse calibration what that..?and i have one last wire its green where's that go?

It looks like the 5" auto-meter lunar series tach is Product #4299.

Red - Switched 12v
Black - Ground
White - Ilumination
Green - Tach signal

See the special note in the instructions for the Lunar series to avoid damaging the gauge.
