I have a hx40 7 blade strapped with a bep 70 ar t3 exhaust housing..Now im confusied which manifold I should go with?? Shear?? jmf?? Erl?? punishment racing??? Top mount?? ram horn?? Sooo many choice's ... Car is a track car so i"d want a manifold that would put out the best flow and power.. Let's here some opinions..

You're probably not going to notice much of a differance between the two, maybe a little more power up top on a topmount because the runners are longer but you could also see more lag because of the same reason, but again you probably wouldnt notice it. For a track only car (assuming dragstrip) I would go for the one that would give more power up top because lag shouldn't matter too much since you're operating in the upper RPM's when it counts. Pulling the turbo off would also be easier on a topmount. But you'd also need more custom work for it (longer DP, IC & Intake pipes, Oil return...). I would try to consider the pros and cons of each and make a decision. Plus a topmount looks badass.
