hey wuts up DSM freaks...im kinda lost here...my homie sayd that i have a T3/T4 turbo...i thought it was a T4...maybe u dsm muf freakers can clean the gray cloud n help meeh....im lookin for a turbo manifold for this turbo....but the this is...the O2 piping doesnt look like it connects to the turbo in ANY way...soOo...im tryin to find a manifold thats right for this turbo? im thinkin the external W.G. and the O2 pipe have to connect FROM the manifold...IS THERE SOMEWHERE IN THIS WORLD WHERE I CAN FIND TH RIGHT MANIFOLD AND WASTE GATE FOR THIS TURBO???? people please help meeh out! suggestions...comments...bitches...moans complaints??? i wanna hear the?! THANX -Chris

Dude, do us a favor and use proper english. This isn't a high school kiddie meet or some gangsta car forum. Are you Malibou's most wanted?

Your turbo is a split housing T4 which is really ment for an RX7 like your buddy is running. That thing is really way to large for anything but a strictly track only car, on the street it will be so lagy that you'll not enjoy driving the car anymore. The reason you can't find a turbo manifold is because very few people ever use a T4 on a DSM because a T3/T4 can make upwards of 500hp which is plenty for most of us.

You can have www.magnusmotorsports.com make you a manifold but it's gonna be $1200 or so just for the manifold and wastegate will be another $400 minimum for that setup. Playing with that turbo is big bucks and not for a street car or novice tuner.
 
It's not a split T4 flange. It's a split T3 flange, however the whole turbo is a T04B15. It's great for an International Harvester, but won't work on your car. Put it back on ebay.
 
If you send the turbo off to www.bullseye-power.com he can make a turbine housing that will allow you to bolt that turbo onto the dsm manifold.

He will probably need the turbo because you have no idea what turbine wheel is on your turbo.

I would recommend using their internal gate and gasket matching the stock o2 housing.

Seriously, it's too big. Trust us. Go with what's proven. 16g/20g or the ever popular 50trim. I didn't see any fuel mods in your site, so I'm guessing it's still stock. Add those two together and you'll be off the shizzle fo nizzle, dawg! :laugh:
 
It's a T04B15. S3 compressor wheel, O trim turbine wheel. Bullseye does not make a housing for the O trim. The S3 flows a little more than a 16G.
 
With a pose like this, and judging from the way this guy talks, I think it's better for society and the safety of others on the road if this guy has as little horsepower as possible.

He can cut it for an o wheel, he is probably using the same casting for every turbine housing anyways.

I know my friend had a GN housing cut for an O wheel at forced performance, it was no big deal.

Something like 80 dollars.

There's a slight difference between a V6 3.8L and a 2.0L 4 banger. :p

AHH, but he is using a GN turbine housing on a dsm... and either way it doesnt matter.

If forced can make an o wheel fit in a .63 housing, bullseye power can do the same thing.
