General Switching over from 97 ECU to 98

Hey guys so my current 97 Spyder GST a/t ECU is shot. I’m planning on switching it to a 98 ECU so it can get tuned as well. Is it a direct plug and play or do I need to do something to it like depinning?

General - 99 gsx ecu in a 97 gst

I have recently purchased a 99 gsx ecu to put into my 97 gst. The car runs great but throws an evap code is this becaue from 97-98 they changed the evap system and how can I fix this? I also have a 98 gst this is how i know the evap systems are different. Is it possible to put a 99 evap purge...
