Quick question about the moog problem solvers. Do they come with enough grease in them? Or should I pump grease in them before use?

I ordered (2)ES2347RL outer tie rod ends from rock auto. I haven't opened the boxes to see what they look like though. I'll check later today.

Make sure they are the same! Yes, you have to gease them.

So I received my order from rockauto for the moog problem solver tie rods, and the two outer are different. I've heard this a normal problem from rockauto because of different models and warehouses the parts come from. However, is it safe to use them?

You have the same problem I had trying to get matching accessory belts. There was no customer service phone number just email and they only offer a refund after item is inspected after you ship it back to them

Tie rod ends are wear items and easy to replace, but I would still want the same brand

Ball joints and control arms I would prefer oem, but if you have a modified ride height your going to wear either one out pretty quickly. Factory ride gets factory parts, slammed ride gets the moog with a lifetime warranty from the local autoparts store so you can switch them out when needed

Apparently MOOG ships any old thing under a particular part number. Then, RockAuto is notorious for not standing by their shipments, and you'll have to pay freight back to them if you return a part, no matter what brand they end up sending you. They don't actually ship themselves, but broker any warehouse floor sweepings they can from the stocking warehouse. It's called Rockhead Auto for a reason.
