Stuttering,cel. Problems

Just replaced the tranny. Just home 20 secons ago from limping the car home. Popped the hood. Nothing is disconnected after a quick over view, all couplers/clamps are on tight or so it appears.

I was driving, just flowing with traffic, then my cel comes on, car runs funny, when you go wot, you go almost no where, it builds boost, but go nowhere. Turn the car off, let it sit. Turn it back on cel comes on 3 seconds after car is turned on. With the car sitting and reving it almost sounds like I blew a ic pipe, but yet they are all connected. Im giong to do a boost leak test when it cools down so I dont burn the crap out of my arm. Anyone know off the top of their head.

UPDATE

Boost leak test done. Holds 18 psi just fine.

Compression test- 150,152,150,152

I have been having problems with the ecu lately. Every now and then it would pull so much timing and the car would go nowhere. Could it be a bad ecu? Right now I think the car is in limp mode. Im going to try the key turn thing to have the ecu flash the code.


Reading on vfaq. I dont understand how he is hooking the battery up to the fuse box by the door panel. Anyone explain a bit better for me.
