Stutter While On Stage 2

I have a Turbo XS Dual Stage Boost Controller. I have been running 23 PSI on stage two for a while now, lately when it has gotten cold I turned stage 2 down to 19 psi and stage 1 is on 14 psi. For some reason while in stage 2 at 19 PSI my car starts to stutter like it's not getting enough fuel. Why would it do this now and not before? It has always worked fine untill lately. Someone told me my Maph may be going bad, would that have anything to do with it? Please get back to me.

its cold outside, you might want to give the car some more fuel at the point the car starts to stutter. Alot of people dont realize that when winter time comes along that the tune of their car needs to be adjusted.

Yes, I realize that and I leaned it out a little more and it still continues to stutter, I don't understand why it's doing it.

"leaing it out" is the opposite of adding more fuel...

cause colder air is more dense. so more air is getting sucked into the motor.

Yea I understand what your saying, it seems to have no effect. I am stumped on this, it makes no sense, 14 psi works perfect, 19 and over stutters. This is wierd, I added more fuel and nothing seems to happen, it acts the same.
