I am wanting to get an 1997-1999 eclipse gsx. It looks very nice and much can be done to it. I just want to know if I want to do both stage 1 and 2 mods, what do I not have to do in stage 1? Because on the site it says "as some parts needed for Stage 1 are not needed for Stage 2." I was guessing that I dont have to have the fuel pump and the intercooler pipe? Cause in stage 1 you add a whole intercooler kit and fuel injectors. Or is there something different I dont have to add on. Someone please let me know because im anxious to do both stage 1 and 2 to get around 450 horsepower outta this beast. One last thing, I hear that things break a lot or you gotta do a lot of maintinence if your doing all these mods. Can you guys give me some examples of what things might break and what type of maintinence is involved. Thanks and ill be looking forward to a reply!!!

thanks for all the input, ill make sure i do all the regular maintinence before i do stage 1 or 2. so only the intercooler pipe is what i dont need for stage 1 cause in stage 2 u just get a whole intercooler system? thanks again!

or what you can do is skip the UIC pipe and keep the stocker on there for a little while longer, so in case you get a FMIC that uses short route piping (recommended) you wont waste your money on a new Dejon UIC pipe.
