Stuck at the gas station right now and car won't start.

As the title states. I'm at the gas station and my pos dsm won't start.

For one the cel and boost gauge are doing the normal thing. My 255 fuel pump is working I can hear it and my fuel pressure is up. It acts like it wants to start for abou a half second then it goes back to just turning over.

I am typing from my phone I am going to sell this car as soon as its starts and get something that will start after you give it some gas.

Dont worry I just got home car is still at a gas station. Maybe some punk kids will run into it an total that pos out so I can get insurance money out of it. ####ing pos car.

Well good luck for at least getting home. Have it towed and check for spark.

I have no spark on number 1 cyl. So I think the power tr unit bad.

First things first, did you check for fuel leaks? Spark?

Usually when that Power transistor goes bad it takes out 2 cylinders...like 2 and 3

or 4 and 1

I had my Power Transistor go bad and the car would still start on 2 cylinders.


My Jeep does something like this sometimes. It gets Flooded when im at the gas station?!?!

What I usually do to get it started at the Gas station is PUSH the gas pedal to the floor and hold it. NOW crank the car with the gas mashed for about 10-15 sec. Once it starts let off the gas.

That clears the combustion chamber out. Its worth a try if you're ever stranded at the gas station again.
