Car won't idie start or rev right at all

Ok guys before you flame me if you do LOL about this i have looked hi and far I have read the ecu things and everything but can't even get close to what it is ok here is my problem I bought a 1991 awd talon 5 speed 2 years ago with a blown engine and i do mean blown the piston looked like nerds it was in so many peices not to mention the rod the block had about a 2 inch gash in it so could not use that either so i looked around for ever for a jdm well didn't have the money to get one. so One of my friend who owned a 1990 talon tsi awd 5 speed which he couldn't get the tranny to go in so he bought a conquest so he sold the whole car to me well the 1991 was in better shape body wise so i swapped the 1990 engine and new tranny into the 1991 talon I changed the ecu wires and the coil pack and and dropped her in hooked up everything went to start he it wouldn't start so i used the looger and came up with 44 cel fixed that with cam angle sensor replaced it and moved it around till she started well when it started up it would idle really crppy and quit you had to hold the gas down but not to much or it would quit so adjusted the idle up started it and it would idle high and stay running but once you gave it some gas it would go up till bout 2k or 3 k and start to flutter like it was hitting the rev limtter so i checked plugs cylinder one and 3 i think was clean like it was not fireing 2 and 4 had gas on it and was black now the car doesn't sound like it's only running on 2 cylinders it sound like the classic 4g63 beautiful so anyway i checked coil packs and injectors replaced injectors and the coil pack same thing replaced plugs and wires same thing checked vacumm lines same thing now this is my thing o2 sensor is not giving a good to no volt reading at all and the tps reading is off abit could it be something like that causeing my problem or could it be something else havent had a chance to do anything with it as it's winter here now and it's to cold to work with i have had this car bout 2 to 3 years now and never even drove it it's killing me and would love to get it fixed enough to drive it heck i was going to mod it but right now i just wanna get it driving oh yeah couls this be wiriing ummm ecu maybe haven't checked that i got so mad i just quit on it cause when i do i can't get anything done on it and then it got winter time so this was about 4 months ago i done all this thanks guys for listening hopefully i can get this done and running like the true car it is :talon:
 
I can say the mas is pluged up as far as it being worth anything i could not tell you i am getting readings from it on the datalogger and never really could have thought it could be boost leaks but i guess thats possible on the next warm day i will check that out the temp sensor i must say looks to be shot again i didn't even think this would not make it run right umm I thinking myslef it has something to do with the tps as it reads very off the ecu or the o2 sensor i was hopeing maybe just maybe someone had done this and had the same problem but thats a shot in the dark LOL but thank for the input as it will help me tremedously in looking in the right places :talon:

Yeah, exactly. I was going to help you, but decided not to make myself go insane trying to read that. Post like an adult please.
 
somethin very simple but often overlooked is the biss screw. make sure it's still intact. if not in, it will cause your car to die and if not in properly, it will rev up and down obnoxiously.
 
to the people who have replied to my posts and given clues to what it may have been, thank you very much. I'm sorry i was typing that In a big hurry. Are you talking about the idle adjust screw :talon:
 
no not the idle adjust screww the biss screw its a hex head screw on the throttle watch it while it runs does it move back and forth?........turn it counter clockwise till it stops the up and down thing then adjust the idle accordingly if that doesnt work i suggest changing isc motor
