i have really rusty strut towers and i found a donor car to replace both strut towers with but i am curious if doing this will affect the way my camber is and if it would cause the car to drive diffrently if ther are not put in exactly straight if anyone has done this how has your car turned out after? also my car is an AWD as its a gsx

If you are replacing the entire tower (drilling out all of the spot welds then welding new strut tower onto your car), yes it will need to be installed perfectly straight or it will affect how your car drives.
 
You might not need to replace the entire tower depending on how badly yours is damaged. Can you share a pic?

If you do replace the entire tower, the replacement will need to be held in a specific position while welding it back in. Making a jig to locate the tower would be pretty simple.
 
Interested in your repairs as well i have quite a bit of patch work to do on my 95 talon as well.
