Flushing,

ever time i start the car up, i warm it up sufficiently (i live in NY and it's been a bad winter).
i put it in reverse to back out of my parking spot, then put it in drive.
1-it bucks pretty hard when i shift it to D.
2-when i hit the gas, it seems to "stick". like the rpms will rise for about a second before the car lurches forward. this only happens once though, and the rest of the time it's fine.
is this just due to the cold weather?
my throttle response overall just seems poor. i'm still lookin for a 91+up 1G TB to swap in, but for now, it's annoying. I'm too lazy to take the TB out to clean, especially if I plan on doing the swap anyway (although I did clean it once with it still on as best as I could). Just haven't found a good deal on one yet.
thanks
