Strange boost problem maybe you can help!

Ok first this is my setup . turbo is a small 16g 2nd the turbine housing is a bulleseye 8cm .
3rd the o2 housing is ebay external dump fromm ssauto or someone ? My boost controller is a cheap piece about 8 dollars . It has a bearing inside that moves under boost or vaccum . It is a ball and spring setup. I just rebuilt this motor entirely myself.
Heres the problem i have my boost set to 20 psi . It will jump to 20 then when the external dump opens it drops like a rock down to 10 psi . I think possibly my boost guage is royal sh@@ probably but if you have in countered this please help. thanks!!!

Hey i figured it out it has nothing to do with the boost controller . I grabbed the intercooler hose coming from the turbo and i could move the turbo up and down inside the bullseye turbine housing there for it is about to seperate its freggin self ! So i guess i will go back to my 7 cm!
