How much can my stock intercooler take (with all my mods)? Can I uprade it without going FMIC? What about the supra's intercooler, I heard those are better than my stock and not as pricey as a FMIC. I won't be boosting past factory.

Yea, the more dense air from a larger intercooler that can cool the air better means that more mass is entering the combustion chamber and exploded w/ more mass of gasoline. This, also, actually raises exhaust gas temps. Both higher tems and higher mass equal more exhaust gas energy against the turbine blades. The time it takes to fill the larger volume of the larger intercooler is likely canceled by the ability for the exhaust gases to do more work on the turbine.

HAHA! Considering that I am into real estate "a bit", your statement had a profound impact on my way of thinking ;) . I started cross comparing everythign in my life. What you said really applies. . . To so many things on so many levels.
