I'm replacing my clutch in my 1g tsi AWD with a fidanza 3.2 clutch kit and was wanting to kind of keep my stock flywheel. What do I need to do to the stock flywheel for it to work with my kit? Thanks

I personally don't like the lightweight flywheels for a car thats going to be driven on the streets alot or a daily driver. If you choose to keep the stock flywheel in make sure its resurfaced as stated above and make sure its correctly stepped to spec.

Goodluck,

I would say a nice upgrade that doesn't make the rpms drop too fast is the ACT 12 lb flywheel. Revs up quicker but much easier on the street then the fidanza 8 lb flywheel that I have now. That is easy too much drops much quicker. Both are tons better than stock in my opinion. However if you want to keep the stock one get it resurfaced.
