Car idles high (2000+ rpm) while in open-loop, warming up... no sign of any issues. Then when it gets warmed up, idle drops to normal, and a random hesitation occurs (once every 20 seconds or so, it just falls on it's face for a second...recovers 95% of the time...other 5% it will die completely unless the gas pedal is feathered a bit. Boost leak tested it, passed. I'm almost positive the timing is correct...although I will check base timing tomorrow. I have DSMlink, and I can run and post logs. I just did a log tonight, and every time it hesitated I noticed the o2 voltage dropped to almost nothing. Although I didn't know if that was the cause of the "miss" or if the "miss" caused it...? Throttle body and all components are brand new/rebuilt. Fuel pressure/pump are ok. Plugs/wires are new. Small exhaust leak at 02 housing/downpipe, due to wrong gasket I installed tonight, but leak isn't very bad. It was a stock gasket for a 2G...I'm using temporarily. Any feedback is appreciated...
