When I turn my car on (usually for the first time of the day) the engines jumps straight to about 2.5-3k rpm, and today went all the way to 3.5k from a dead start. Considering the temp outside is 10 degrees and that is probably how cold the engine is when I turned it on I dont think I instant leap to 3k rpm range is good for my engine. Any ideas why it does this and how to stop it. It ideals at about 2k when cold, and 1k when warm. Other than a K&N filter and a boost gauge my car is stock
