I am tearing down a couple motors right now and does anyone know where i can get the tool for taking the cap off on the oil pump so you can get to the balance shaft bolts.

If you are talking about the notched cap just use a punch and a hammer. It's quick and easy.

However when putting it back on...don't torque it down to hard...you can crack the front case with little effort.

I use a flat head screw driver and a hammer.

A buddy of mine cracked his front cover by overtightening....it's really amazing how fast oil will escape through a small crack.
