2G Spare tire organizer mounting location

Does any one have a picture and or know where such part gets installed? I can’t find a picture I’ve seen before 12 years ago. Did they only fit certain years/models? Please any help is appreciated Thanks.

2G AWD. AWD spare tire size is bigger than FWD. Those organizer pieces space the press board cover higher so the spare will fit.
