Okay guys I been reading the thread and other dsm members been saying to tap your boost hose into the firewall and out from the steering wheel boot. I checked and checked but there is no hole or what so ever for me to tap it in so I lead my hose on the side fender of the driver side leading it to my door where the rubber thing is near the window. then i went and lead it down near the dash/near the door. and tap it there but i realize when i close the door boost is not reading that good - - it did for a couple of days but now it doesnt read. I open the door and it reads. So is there a thread that show us how to do it with PICTURES because I am a slow guy. :cry:

Get under the dash and poke a hole into the boot for the steering column, slide boost source through the hole you just poked, have an accurate all the time not just when the door is open boost gauge :thumb:

OP, add www.RoadRaceEngineering VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions and the tech articles on here to your Favorites list.

If the images happen to fail, as they occasionally do, what you do is go under your dash and look for where the steering column goes through the firewall. See the rubber boot? cut a small X with a knife and thread your line through there. Make sure you don't have it where it will rub against the steering column or get pinched by the pedals. Keeps it out of hinges and looks a LOT cleaner. :)
