SO confused Please help me with my logs

Ok i have been logging my car for about a year now and i thought i had a handle on it. well last night that went all down the shiter haha. My mods are the usual exh intake blah blah 550 190 fpr at 45. I did a log at 18 psi on small sleeper 16g. this is what i got 3rd gear pull

The car pulls like shit!!!! after it spools up it seems like i took the turbo off. When i look at the timming it looks like it is knocking like hell but then i logged 02 volts and it said i was running 1 v from 3000 to 7200 could this be a boost leak or what i am so confused. I feel with those settings on the SAFc i should be supper rich and it looks like it cuz the back of my car is black haha.

Check for boost leaks. Betcha find a few pounds getting lost, AT LEAST.

Check base timing. 5* This could make a huge difference in power.

Check your plugs condition/gap.

You *should* end up somewhere around -18 on the AFC. -11/-12 seems like a decent bit of extra fuel. Sucks that 2g's can't log knock.

Start there and report back.

What are evreyones plugs looking like. With this setup i pulled my plugs and they look like they are white as a ghost. Still don't get that thanks for the help Waiting for canadainTSI comment on my LOGS

Your timing looks fine to me, so judging by the fact that you say the car feels slow and your o2's are 1v I gurantee you have a boost leak.
