Just to give everyone a background of my car, Its a 91 TSI AWD. I've rebuilt the motor, and i've got about 700 miles on it so far. Mods include

Ross 8.5:1 forged pistions
Ross rings
ARP Headstuds
Cometic HG
ARP Rod bolts
Engine was fully balanced, bored .30 over, machine honed w/ torque plate.
Revised Lifters
Balance Shafts Removed
Prothane Motormounts
16g Turbo
Almost everything on this motor is brand new Ex.
Knock Sensor
O2 Sensor
TPS Sensor
Oil Pump
Front Case
Ect Ect

and the list goes on, but thats at least everything that could be relavent to my knocking problem.

I log with MMCD, and ever since day one after i got her back together I've been having a knock problem. My assumption upon first look at the logs was that it was running lean. However since i'm only running a small 16g at the moment, and only 9 PSI, I was guessing my fuel pump was not pumping like it should, and causing it to run a bit lean. So i replaced it. Ran the logs, and I got the same thing.

Here are some logs for everyone to look at

This is a 3rd gear pull, I have not taken it into the high RPMs yet, since its still kinda new. But just from 3k - 5k you can see the problem, and i dont think it will look much better from 5k - 7k

Pretty nasty eh? This was done at only 9 PSI. Any idea's? I can post more if needed, Please help

as far at the TPS, I've messed and messed with the trottle cable, trying to get it to open all the way, and it just wont, Its almost like the cable is stretched out or something. I read somewhere that anything over 75% or something is concidered WOT by the ECU, not sure if its true, but thats why i've put that problem on the back burner for the moment.

About the fuel, I dont have a AFC to do that with. All of my induction and exhaust is Stock right now, so i'm not sure why i need more fuel. The stock fuel system should be able to handle it should it not? again its only 9psi on a small 16g. The real twist is that i get the same results with two different fuel pumps. What else could cause it to lean out like this?
